[Resolved]  CDC — cdc application

I applied for a new CDC(Continuous Discharge Certificate) but just before making payment, i figured that the date of issue and expiry for my passport is incorrect as I used American date and time notation. I could not find an option to correct it. Please help! Registration number is SMO(C)/2019/6642. I am badly in need of CDC. Your timely assistance will be much appreciated.
