Dear sir, I sold mahindra neo n10 with ceat czar hp 215/75/r15 100 H on March 2022, on June 13/6/2022 when I was driving this car on road front car tyre brust with high sound, car was normal speed so i stoped it and chechk, it's brust, so i took it to mechanic he said it not be repaired because of big hole, so my question is that is it lowest quality tyre ? Will i recommend next? It's new so about coustemer 's what policy of company, will it replace?

Sir i purchase your product two year ago and my bike is also running not in rest position i notice some day ago there is multiple cracks in the corner of the tyre this is completely abnormal i also check that is not cut marks that is cracks kindly resolved my issue I am not happy with your product

I have submitted the claim tyre to Ceat dealer on 09/07/2021 claim no. C[protected]. At beginning they told the the reason of Corona for claim. But now they telling that the such claim number not exists. After giving proof of claim no they teeling the tyre is rejected. But they were not returning the rejected tyre. I have given the several complaints. But no use. Each time the they closing the old complaint and give the new complaint no.br...

Hi Team, I have a new i20, which is comes along with CEAT tyres. Now, all the tyres are coming up with cut everywhere. Not able to add image here due to size issue.

मैंने CEAT का 1 TYRE रिप्लेसमेंट में भारत टायर हाउस आज़मगढ़ को दिया । उन्होंने मुझसे 400 RS की डिमांड की मैं CEAT टायर में सर्विस देखने वाले अधिकारी से बात की लेकिन कोई रिजल्ट नही आया और मुझे पैसे देने पड़े । जो कि नियम के खिलाफ है रिप्लेसमेंट का कोई चार्ज नही होता है । फिर मैंने CEAT की आधिकारिक बेबसाईट पर कंप्लेन किया । तब जो पता चला वो बड़ा आश्चर्यजनक था यहां सेल्स और सर्विस टीम की डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के साथ मिलीभगत से गोरख धंधा ( काला बाजारी ) चल रही है।

मैंने 1 पुराना CEAT का टायर कम्पलेंट में भारत टायर हाउस आज़मगढ़ को दिया जिशको कंपनी में भेजने के एवज में मुझसे 400 रुपया लिया । इस कि कम्पलेंट मैंने CEAT टायर की साइट पर किया लेकिन तब मुझे पता चला कि यहाँ SALES & सर्विस टीम अपने डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के साथ मिलकर धन उगाही में लगे हुए हैं ।
जिशका खामियाजा कस्टमर को भुगतना पड़ रहा है ।

My two tyres got damaged from sidewall and I had to get them repaired to move.
Ceat has replaced one tyre and denied for 2nd tyre replacement on pretext that tyre is repaired with patch.
In their conditions in Unconditional warranty they have mentioned : No repair is sustainable on sidewall.

Last February month i changed all my four tyres in your Salwa Road showroom.
I got some vibration while running then i found four tyres are totally defective - Manufacturing Defect.
Defects are tread bulging in sidewall many places around the tyres.

Kindly please consider and do the needful ASAP.
I hope you understand my situation.
It's not Right to drive vehicle with sidewall Bulge.

Hi Team I want to given complain on particular persons who are working in the given address CEAT TYRES Limited Company 18-4-42/3/324, Shamsheer Gunj, Sri Ram Nagar, Rajanna Bowli, Aliabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500053, India. We want to purchase a tyre over there but a person named munna he said his designation as sales person a sold a Rs. 4000/- tyre in Rs.8000/- and when we went to give the complaint physically to the owner of the comapany, Some other person named as Madhunandhan was not allowing us to meet with the owner he said that he is business manager and he will reslove our issuse its been 1 month but our issue hasn't got resloved with this people wanted contact with customer care but there is no reponse through call... and I heard with the other people that these two employees named munna and madhunandhan are doing fraud in the company they are selling the tryes with high price and making the extra income they are cheating the people who are in need..

My kind request is to take the action on this both employees I just have issue with this employees who are making the bad name of the company

I has CEAT tyres that got 50% finished within 15000km which one not right. as per company terms it should be 50000km life of CEAT tyres.

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased 02 tyres of CEAT (155/65/13 TL) from Purshottam tyres (Near
Hanuman Mandir, C-Block, Indira Nagar, Lucknow) on 12/12/2021.

They charged Rs. 3550/ for each & Rs. 7100/ for 02 tyres. Sale invoice
no. is 279 dated 12/12/2021.

When I demanded M.R.P. they didn't provide and started misbehave. So I
called to CEAT customer complaint but they didn't provide M.R.P. Than I
called to CEAT head office but they also didn't provide M.R.P.

Just I want to know the exact M.R.P. of aforesaid product. How is it
possible to sell any product without M.R.P.

I got Ceat tyres fitted from the company on my Hyundai Venue which is a 2020 model. After clocking 25000 kms the One Tyre bulging and burst the tyre.
The Company Service Manager and Ceat Dealer told for unconditional warranty of 5 years. However, tyre got depreciated from bulging. Also checked wheel alignment & balancing of car but it is in correct position. Wheel alignment issues then problem all tyre but only one tyre Problem.
Now, the dealer and Service Manager is not responding properly saying there is a problem of wheel alignment etc.

I was purchased Mahindra 575 Yuva 4WD on 29th April 2020.Rear Tyre Right side 13.6-28 Tyre damaged.Tyre serial No.N[protected].When bhoomi went to plow there was a hole in the tyres with the oat stick landing.Atleast tyres not using 25% also.Please help o this.Madatray for your support..

I purchased two CEAT tyres for my Eeco car in August 20. The dealer told for unconditional warranty of 2 years. However, tyre got depreciated from one side. Also checked wheel alignment & balancing of car but it is in correct position. Now, the dealer is not responding properly saying there is a problem of wheel alignment etc.

I purchased 5 nos. CEAT- FUEL SMART TYRES (155/80/R-13) in dec2019 and March 2020 from Betul tyres and Automobiles, Badora, Betul, M.P.
Due to old product with manufacturing defect one tyre was damaged in initial month and was sent to company by dealer for replacement but till date no replacement had been received nor the damaged tyre of one month life.
Remaining tyres also started bulging due to air pockets trapped in the rubber while manufacturing. This manufacturing defect increased with time damaging alignment frequently with heavy uneven wearing of rubber at faster rate endangering safe driving.
Approaching dealer for service and claims he blamed alignment of car running smoothly and properly since 2013 manufacturing with even wearing and so all five tyres were replaced and still runs smoothly on the old tyres.
Dealer insist forced changing of ARMS, TIE-RODS, STEERING RAKE of car costing about 50, 000 Rs without any results wasting time and heavy wearing of rubber which continued till the Alignment Centre complained in writing in regard of air pockets and bulging.
This manufacturing defect of air pockets with poor after sales service of ceat increased faster wearing and bulging resulting unsafe driving was conveyed via customer care to Regional office at Bhopal where MR Tiwari assured for replacement of tyres in sept 2021 and within few days my complaint no.[protected] was closed on 27/9/2021 without settling my claims and advised to contact the regional office, where I got misleading suggestions again.
Being located more than 100 miles from dealer and 200 miles from regional office on 18/10/2021, I contacted dealer and Regional officer shri Tiwari where after many conversations, photos, videos of tyres I was forced to deposit the tyres and assured claims in a week. I managed to deposit 2 more bulged tyres to dealer who examined my claim C[protected] and C[protected] online which was not approved due to TIME BARRED/OLD PRODUCT in the online process in moments and again holded the tyres for sending to company whereas my claims are for manufacturing defects of tyres.
CEAT sales and after sale service seem and gives a feeling of being cheated in organized manner by the company sales, dealer and service team with an eyewash of customer care. What a great policy of company selling defective products, taking back defective products at the cost of customer, 3 of 5 tyres are with the company, rest two tyres holded were also forced to deposit.
Customer buying 5 CEAT tyres have to deposit all 5 tyres to the company at his cost for claims and run his car without tyres after incurring half lakh wasteful expenses due such defective tyres, is this the working and policy of CEAT in the market, does the company like to clarify its policy in this regard.

Hi, I have bought a ceat tube for my two wheeler. The tube got bulged within 2weeks. I have paid 450rs for this tube which is completely a waste for me now. I was having a trust on this brand however it is of no use.

सर मेरा नाम विनोद कुमार है मैंने दिनांक[protected] को CEAT का स्कूटी टायर खरीदा था जिसमें मुझको दुकानदार ने 3 साल की वारंटी दी थी अगर टायर कट जाता है फट जाता है या फूल जाता है तो हम आपको नया टायर चेंज करके देंगे मेरे टायर में एक कट पाया गया है तो मैं दुकानदार के पास वारंटी कार्ड लेकर गया जो भी दुकानदार ने मुझको दिया था मैंने उसे चेंज करने के लिए टायर को बोला लेकिन दुकानदार ने चेंज करने के लिए मना कर दिया कृपया ऐसे दुकानदार के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए और मुझे न्याय मिलना चाहिए मैं उसका वारंटी कार्ड यहां पर अटैच कर रहा हूं धन्यवाद Mobile No. [protected]
