Ceat Tyres — my new bullet bike tyre issue

I registered the complaint (Complain number:[protected] for my bike tyres issue on 14 august but till now there is no response on that complaint and customer care didn't response professionally. They are not trying to solve the complaint. Please do response on my complaint. I am facing the issue very serious and this is not the professional way to handle customers.

Candation only 6 month purchase new activa very very poor

I bought activa Honda having CEAT tubeless tyre.
From one year every month it got puncher two or three times.
Very bad quality...
I need replacement.
