Hard Work Fails- Bad place to work

Hi, I want to share my bad experience in this company, they treat employees like slave and our performance is decided by senior employees of this company lot of politics. Even Hard Work will fail if you do not cooperate with the senior employees of this company were they think themselves as god. Overall lot of stress to employees and no more employee benefit. Scope of getting new job is also less.Funny thing is they say themselves as corporate...
