Hello Team,

I ordered iphone 11 128 gb from https://cellbuddy.in/.
I received the phone and I did the payment, however the iPhone I received is damaged.
When I call the customer care team, they ask me unboxing video. But I dont have unboxing video BECAUSE WHILE MAKING THE PURCHASE THERE IS NO INFORMATION OR GUIDANCE ON THEIR WEBSITE TO MAKE SUCH A RECORDING.

So they did not provide me the info and then refuse to help.

I requested for replacement or refund and both denied,
