Cellspare — amount charged but no sign of product delivery

Hi,

On may 14, 2019 i ordered couple of spare parts for my mobile device, a oneplus 5t phone. The products which i've ordered are a charging port flex cable module & a sim card tray module. Full amount was to be paid for these parts and i did so. Order id: 85229

Since then there has been no update from them about the delivery or anything else from their end. I emailed them but no response. Since i was now a bit worried and curious, i began doing some research and tried to find out the reviews about them wherever i could. I started seeing many negative rated reviews marking them as frauds and scammers.

I wish to see if any action can be taken against them.
