Cellspare website orders battery but received duplicates battery charge time fire the battery...

I have ordered xiaomi redmi note 5 pro rear camera module on www.cellspare.com which costed rs.1799 on 18/06/2019. Delivery date was they put on the order confirmation mail was 10 days from the date of ordering. Now its been 12 days. I have been calling the number (+91-[protected]) that has been put on the website for inquiring about my product. But the call doesn't go through. I even contacted them through their contact form. I got no reply....

On may 14, 2019 i ordered couple of spare parts for my mobile device, a oneplus 5t phone. The products which i've ordered are a charging port flex cable module & a sim card tray module. Full amount was to be paid for these parts and i did so. Order id: 85229
