Cenipolis — Debited unwantedly my money - reg

Dear Friends,

Kindly gothrough my another complaint, this one is continued from that as,

I have got a call from [protected], stating that he was from cenipolis customer care dept and asked for details. he agreed to refund and he informed that now he was available with debit card method or creditcard method only. not a net banking option. i gave my debit card number and account number to him. and he said there was an issue with transaction and asked for password, date of birth and all details from me. at the end of call he debited 1000 rs twise. where is my money? who debited it? is he from cenipolis? cenipolis has to convey me in reply mail to velu.[protected]@gmail.com.

After a 10 min later received a call from another one guy from [protected] cenipolis and asked the same all details. during that call he said he will only transfer 300 only.

i want my money back. kindly help me in this regard.

Cenipolis representative has to reply in mail only. i dont know who stolen my money. if my registered complaint has been theft means someone in cenipolis is a fraud or aiding fraud.

i want my money totally 2300 to my bank account, cenipolis has to reply me in this regard to my mail. i dont know whom is to believe in phone call. kindly do mail and refund my lost money. orelse i will file a complaint in cybercrime.
