Central Bank Of India — Amazon refund is reflect in my account

Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 15999 which send to my account on 31st December, 2022 from amazon and send me Refund Reference #74332741361136070827793. But amount is not reflect in my account.
I have complaint against it on my branch but didn't get proper solution from bank manager.
Dear Sir I have including refund details with reference number So Solve my problem as early as possible.
