Central Bank Of India — Amount debited but ATM not dispensed cash

Dear sir, My account number is [protected]. I use my ATM to withdraw 9000 rs from SBI ATM dalsingh sarai at 7:45 on dt[protected] .Amount is debited but cash not dispensed.please refund my money.
