Central Bank Of India — Amount not dispensed from ATM but debited from account | |||
On 12/07/2020 my father want to withdraw money from Central Bank of India ATM mamra bazar branch( IFSC code- CBIN0281251), he tried to withdraw money of Rs 5000 (18:24:50) & Rs 6000 (18:27:26) but two times transaction failed but the money debited from account ( Account No - [protected]). Already made a complaint (CBI#3474585) on 15/07/2020 but today the manager informed me while enquiry that the transaction was successful so the money cannot be returned. But for your kind information on 12/07/2020 the transaction was not successful so I made a complaint, and if your ATM have ahat wh problem as a customer while I will suffer, you can check your CCTV footage that whether that day the transaction was successful or not, but your bank representative are saying that they are not authorised to check CCTV.
