Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 7999 which send to my account on 12th May 2021 from amzon.in they send to my account. My account no. is [protected] .they also provide refund reference no. 30005111231123149947432 and i have waiting almost 10 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank mannger. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

Dear sir i have including refund details with reference no. And complain report so please refund my money as soon as possible.

      Hi team

      I have transferred Rs 25000 from my HDFC Bank account to central bank of india.

      In hdfc account amount was successfully deducted however it was not added in Central Bank account.

      The problem is that now for reversal HDFC wants a confirmation from central bank of india for same . but none of CBI CC number is reachable neither the mails are getting reverted.

      It's 5 working days already and my amount is still not reversed. the mini statement service for CBI is also not working and the app cent mobile is also not working properly.

      I want confirmation from CBI that amount is not received so that I can push for reversal from HDFC.

      Please provide me email/cc njmber of CBI.

      I can provide other transaction reference directly to them.

I have already checked but i have not got refunded . Pls check and update me

            Hello ma'am/ sir

            I kindly requested the central bank of india to change my telephonic number to my new number. Perhaps they haven't changed it yet and instead of informing them N number of times they are responding as it has changed but it has never been changed. I'm not possible to do my online transaction. So please I kindly beg to resolve my issue.

              Internet banking

              For last one week, the not banking sight is consistently says, '' This Sight can not be reached". Therefore not able to use the net banking.

              Please help so that the service can be used without difficulty....

                Dear sir/ma'am,
                I am filing a complaint about the refund that should have been credited to my account long bank but there is no deposit of the same. I am sharing the amount of the refund and the refund reference id for your convenience to check the same.

                The seller has processed the refund of Rs.233/-, Rs.1/- and Rs.397/- to my bank account 07 Apr 21, 08 Apr 21 and 11 Apr 21 and this amount should have been credited by 19 Apr 21, 20 Apr 21 and 22 Apr 21, for this order with reference number: 75503721102047497748007, 75503721099047429222506 and 75503721098047397941351 respectively.

                My bank details are-

                There have been many calls from my side but there was no satisfactory imformation that i got. I even mailed on the CBI's complaints department and i was told that i will receive the acknowledgement with 48 hours. It's been a week and i haven't received and such communication from your side.

                  Sir due to Covid 19 we are unable to complete our Passbook. I took now & go to net banking. I see your Bank had charged so much heavy charges Rs. 100 + 18 GST for special instructions without informing the customers. Sir Rs. 700 SI transfer charges Rs. 50 + 9 GST. Sir NEFT/RTGS Charges are very much low from this. Sir it is cheating (without informing)/'jiadity' with the small customers by your Bank. This facility is taken for save your paperwork or save time of your Bank & your employees. And also over crowded in bank for Safety of your staff from COVID 19 also.

                  Sir think about it. ' Sorry Sir I use harsh words but think why use these words. Who insist me to use.' Sir we take cash or Simple Bank transfers done but paper load and visit of so many persons to your Bank. Please inform at the earliest SI transfer instruction is our mistake or delete instructions

                          Hi,

                          I am having issues with logging into the website for Personal Net Banking. My password had expired, and I wanted to create a new one. Because of this, I tried many times to generate a new password via the Online Password Option situated on the right-hand side of the screen.

                          After verifying with the call centre executives, I am following the below steps to generate a password-

                          1) After clicking the Online Password Option, I am entering the 10 digit CIF number, after which I am clicking the option of entering my last 6 digits of Debit Card along with my DOB

                          2) The screen that follows, I am entering my mobile number and generating the OTP which will serve as the password for one time. Upon entering the OTP along with my User Id and Captcha, error messages keep popping up.

                          I also tried with the KYC option giving my IDs for PAN/Aadhar Card, but it shows the following error screen. Please advice

                          Please help me out here as I desperately want to get entry into the Net Banking portal as I have some work there. I have attached images for your reference

                                      On dated 10/04/2021 at around 9:48 AM i have got a massage on my mobile ( mobile No -- [protected] ) form my bank that your ending card [protected] used at ATM Mauryalok complex, Patna for TXN 20, 000 and again 20, 000 . total withdrawal amount was 40, 000

                                      although, while i got the massage on my registered mobile no my above mentioned ATM card was available with me and me nor my any family members was withdraw the amount or used the ATM .

                                      After that first of fall i have blocked my above mentioned ATM card and my bank account through Central bank of India customer care then i have laughed a FIR at my nearest police station ( Raghopur, Vaishali, Bihar )
