One of my refund amount 1635 which send to my account on 11th Oct. 2022 from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. #[protected] and i have waiting almost 22days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank mannger. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

I have ordered a product on 8 september 2022 from amazon of amount Rs.1520. This is the order id[protected] and the date of initiation of refund from amazon was 17 september and till now i didnt get my refund. I talked to the amazon customer care they had provide me the reference number of the transaction also[protected]. I have also shared my bank passbook screenshot for showing that no refund has been received till now....

Dear sir, when I went to the central bank of india branch of model town, rohtak with my father I got very upset because of the rude behaviour of one of your member I don't know his name but he was sitting next to cashier today and his behaviour is very rude with customers. Even most customers who are not educated because of their personal reasons, he is behaving badly with even tell his colleague that what a fool he is. And he also behaved...

I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers.
Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips/ They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything/ They do not provide us right guidance whenever we need it from their end.

Bank server in my account... Their is so much problem in the bank issue.. I will send payment to phone pay but their is not working back to three four days same problem as well as... And money aslo debited daily but transection isn't supported......

I did UPI transaction through CENT BANK application. money got deducted from my account but not received by that person. i took many followups with bank yet no respoese. Also there Customer care number is always busy dont know why??

I have a complain regarding changing of my surname as I have been married. I have submitted my KYC in branch but they till now didn't do anything for which I am unable to transact my savings account. Our complaint regarding the poor service of central bank bhalej branch, Gujarat, and non receipt of cheque book since two months, and we got the answer that matter is taken up with concern branch but still we are not getting the cheque book. the branch manager is regularly irregular and rest of employees are totally un coperative, so please take necessary action to regular ise the service....

I have done RTGS amount 1 lakh on 29 June 2022 by mistakenly it transfer to someone else account i immediately went to the bank and made a hold on that particular account.and i had didn't receive my money back in my account...

Facing Issues with online banking since last week, some payments get stuck, Bank needs to work on this...
