Dear Sir,

I have a complain regarding changing of my surname as I have been married. I have submitted my KYC in branch but they till now didn't do anything for which I am unable to transact my savings account. Today dated:24 aug 2022 I have visited branch to ask about the status and they said that they are not getting my files for what I need to submit my KYC again please take action against the staff of this branch.

    Our complaint regarding the poor service of central bank bhalej branch, Gujarat, and non receipt of cheque book since two months, and we got the answer that matter is taken up with concern branch but still we are not getting the cheque book. the branch manager is regularly irregular and rest of employees are totally un coperative, so please take necessary action to regular ise the service.

      I have done RTGS amount 1 lakh on 29 June 2022 by mistakenly it transfer to someone else account i immediately went to the bank and made a hold on that particular account.and i had didn't receive my money back in my account

          Please give me a good bank server in my account... Their is so much problem in the bank issue.. I will send payment to phone pay but their is not working back to three four days same problem as well as... And money aslo debited daily but transection isn't supported...
          What's problem.. solved my problem soon . Balance check isn't working transection isn't working... I will go to bank but bank is not help to customers... Plzzz regard soon

          My problem is solved to soon ...

            There was a Failed POS transaction On 30/07 at 9:33 pm, at first and then again when i paid it, that was successful, and the amount was Rs 2006 . But the amount was deducted from the failed transaction as well .

            Request you to kindly assist at the earliest, and help in the reversal of the amount .I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction amount and also it has vendor name with it . He could not provide a slip but i have sent you the details of the transaction at that point and in the backend you can check that the first transaction failed at 9:33 pm but the amount was still deducted

            Please help me in the credit of the wrongly debited amount of Rs 2006 . This is my registered email id and phone number registered with the bank is [protected]

              Excess locker rent debited

              I am a staff of Central Bank of India, having locker account with Santoshpur Branch, Kolkata (B/O:3991), the branch has opened my locker in general public mode instead of staff mode on 24.11.2021 for which locker rent of Rs.2714/- was debited instead of Rs.575/-+GST.               Dear Team,

              My Home Loan from Central Bank of India was disbursed previous month (JUNE 2022) and had a discussion with the Bhayandar Branch Managar (Mr. Santosh Kumar) and the Branch Executive to keep the EMI date as on 5th of every month but in my recent net banking report the EMI date is shown to be 30th of every month as discussed with the Branch Manager and told him to put a date of 5th of every month during the disbursal procedure he just told me to sign the Nach Mandate and he will do the rest procedure but it was not done as per the promise. I have been calling the Branch Manager and the Executive but there has been no response from their end.

                        This is regarding the complaint againts phillaur branch head yesterday i have visit the branch for my account statement then your staff provide the same but he did not tell me about the charges of statement after i collected the statement from branch head he said give 750rs of statement which no one tells me before the printing of statement and i refuse to pay the amount then he is shouting on me u can not leave the bank without pay the charges of statement. I just wana to say that if your bank wants charges againts statement kindly firstly guide the customer and one more thing i am already using cent mobile app i ask them to download from this your branch head tells in punjabi( charges toh dene hi padhange chahe online niklao print) what does means sir if you can not guide the customer and asking the charges 750rs in cash what does means to customer your staff want to make that money in pocket and branch head said i[censored] dowmload statement through app then also u pay the charges and he misbehaved and he said why i am telling to everyone about everything, i am not a casher and any junior staff i am a branch head. This is a behaviour that branch good its realy vary bad. Please look into this matter.

                            On 13 july at 21.09 pm i have made a payment of rs 2500 to mpl via g pay.g pay is showing that transaction is successful but mpl has not recevied the amount. Now g pay is saying to ask the bank to chargeback the amount.

                              Complaint for the disputed amount of Rs. 44080/- (Refund reference no.[protected], Date of refund: 07/06/2022; refunded to me by Amazon India) which is still not credited to my central bank savings account.

                                  Rehatding this, I have submitted complaint at customer care. Branch of central bank of india help desk.
                                  I have been replied as beneficiary account is credited.
                                  But the beneficiary is also the account holder of central bank of india, whose Account No is
                                  [protected].
                                  I have sent mail to upi support, smtbk2, br code 03418, br Code.03437
                                  But still I have not been refunded. The beneficiary account has not been credied.

                                  It has been more than 30 days, i am continuosly requesting the bank to solve the issue. Hope for a best sution from tour end
