Sir, my name is subrat dwivedi and i am a truely satisfied customer of central bank of india. I am an account holder of central bank of india, d. A. V. College branch banda (U. P.) 210001 with ifsc code cbin0283930 and a savings account number [protected]. I would like to further inform you that i ordered two t shirts from amazon india on 23rd march 2020 and paid the required amount rupees 398.4 and 499 respectively from the debit card issued by cbi, banda. But on 25th march 2020 i cancelled my order due to covid 19 and lockdown, and on company behalf they refunded the paid amount back in my debit card/bank account on the same date and it is to be expected to be credited in my account on 30th march 2020. It is further informed you that till today i could not get the refunded amount in my bank account. When i enquired on with this issue to amazon customer care executive, they informed me that the refunded ammount is initiated in your account and provided me two transaction reference number 568741 and 771887 to share with bank officials. It is my humble request to you to take my problem seriously and bring back refunded ammount back in my account. My contact number for further communication is [protected].

      On 10.04.20, 588*5(2940) this amount has been deducted from Central Bank Of India, Uluberia branch, Account no:[protected]. I have sent mail to the grievance cell of Central Bank Of India, but still didn't get any response from their end, that's why I have come to you people. now, I want they should refund my money.

              I ordered some goods from amazon of 2657 but unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to the current corona pandemic and I had been reffered to contact the bank in order to get back my refundment for which they have given me a reference ID of some sort.
              I would really like to beck my refu dment back since it has been a long time.

                Ordered a mobile phone redmi note 9 pro from amazon on[protected] but due to payment failure amazon refunded my amount of rs 15998 but amount not reflecting in my account.
                The following details have been given by the amazon again and again.

                    I had made one transaction of rs.1355 using my debit card on flipkart to order something on 21st march 2020.

                    Due to some reason i had cancelled that order on 23rd march 2020.

                    It should have been refunded in my account max upto 30 march 2020.

                    I contacted to flipkart, and they told that it is refunded by the seller.

                    But also it is not reflected in my account.

                    So i want my money back as soon as possible.

                                I used cent app mobile banking, i recharged mobile but during the transaction it's shown on screen "your transaction can't processed/try again" i tried 3 times at the the same timed. After some mints i login and checked the current account balance and transaction transferred list it debited the same ₹399 each 3 times, mobile rechraged amount in that same mobile recharged no. I request you to kindly refund which repeatedly debited from my account net banking phone recharge amount ₹798

                                    I was booking ticket from IRCTC website on 25/03/2020. I used PhonePe app for paying but the transaction failed. The amount was deducted from my account but was not credited back.

                                    It's been 11 days since the transaction. Both PhonePe and IRCTC has said that the Bank has to credit back the deducted amount.

                                    I have called and emailed multiple times but there has been no response from the Bank.
                                    So kindly REFUND the amount back in my account.

                                      I was withdraw rs 1000 from a shop date 1th april 2020 by pos but failed. Next shop owner try to withdraw rs 1000 again and rs1000 success. But from my central bank account twoince same amount (Ra 1000 & rs 1000 total rs-2000) debited. Shop owner get and give me only rs 1000 of successful transactions. But for failed pos transation's amount rs 1000 i can not get back to my account.

                                      Please reverse my money to account as early as possible.
