request for refundment

pending refundment

I ordered some goods from amazon of 2657 but unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to the current corona pandemic and I had been reffered to contact the bank in order to get back my refundment for which they have given me a reference ID of some sort.
I would really like to beck my refu dment back since it has been a long time....

refund related problem

I had made one transaction of rs.1355 using my debit card on flipkart to order something on 21st march 2020.

Due to some reason i had cancelled that order on 23rd march 2020.

It should have been refunded in my account max upto 30 march 2020.

I contacted to flipkart, and they told that it is refunded by the seller.

transaction failed, amount deducted but not refunding

I was booking ticket from IRCTC website on 25/03/2020. I used PhonePe app for paying but the transaction failed. The amount was deducted from my account but was not credited back.

It's been 11 days since the transaction. Both PhonePe and IRCTC has said that the Bank has to credit back the deducted amount.

I have called and emailed multiple times but there has been no response from the Bank.

Its been 9 days but still central bank has not credited the amount in my account, i have requested a refund of rs 9995 from phone pe, on 25th march 2020, but they are saying they have refunded the amount but bank is not showing that in my account. I have registered many complaint regarding this to phone pe then they are saying go to bank and register a complaint.
