    My name is harshit arora i order a product of rs. 4399 asifs shoes from amazon on 23 dec 2019 and then i return it and refund recieve on 29 dec. 2019 but i still did't get money. Amazon send thrse refrence no. Is 40zx1yrc0000k3y3a0m4 and told me fill charge dispute form but central bank or india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respont to this complaint it's very urgent. My card in [[protected]] cord no is not mandatury you can enter it if you want better chance of recovery

      Hi sir i have used the central bank atm card at the axis bank atm in mallesh palya bangalore whose terminal id is swcw11437. Though the account is debited rs 10000 i have not received the money from the atm. Pfa the snapshot of the transaction. My details are

I transferred the money ₹ 20000 two days ago through the phone pay app but due to technical issue transaction failed &money is debited from my account. When the money will be credited in the account. Phone pay shows after 1 working days money will be credited but now money is credited.

              I purachased some product from flipkart on4th december 2019 and on 9th of december i cancelled the product and money was refunded on same day and it had to reflect by 19th december 2019 but it has not reflected yet on 1st january 2020 i have alredy discussed this issue time and again ffrom flipkart but yet no reply neither flipkart nor central bank of india

              Me Seva Singh Randhawa i went to deposit my cash at central bank of india but they did not deposited my cash after 3:30 PM. This was said by co-manager of the branch. Cash was of 2 lakh which I collected for my ward college fee but they did not accepted it. They used abused lanuage with me and even did not replyed my question.
              I use other bank ATM to withdraw a cash after I Got massage but cash not received after 19 hour until ...
              On 17th December, I visited to PNB ATM to withdraw money using my CBI debit card. The ATM machine got OUT-OF-SERVICE and I didn't recieve the money but still the amount got deducted from my debit card.

                Hello Sir/Madam,
                I, Dhritiman Baidya tried to make a transaction amounting Rs. 3620/- through the CentUPI app to my another account on 19/12/2019 at around 09:38am which wasnot successful but the amount was deducted from my account.
                I tried to contact customer care, they told me to wait for 48hrs and the money will automatically be credited back.
                I had lodged complaint against this transaction in nearest branch (complaint number: 2342172) which also wasn't resolved till date.
                Now after 7 days of this failed transaction, the money is not reversed back to my account.
                I had also e-mailed the details to official complaint address of the bank.
                Both the Bank branch and the Customer care representatives are not giving satisfying answers.

                    I tried transaction through bhim upi application, the transaction got failed however amount got deducted from my account.
                    I checked my account but still its not refunded.
                    I did transaction on 19 dec 2019 two times (At 9:46 and 9:50) for amount rs 1099 but transaction failed ant total amount deducted is 1099+1099=2198
                    Last 4 digits of my account is 5565

                    Kindly do the needful asap

                              both the times payment of Rs 2110 (totally 4220) deducted from my account.
                              But at the end of the online transaction, it was indicated as payment not recd due to some error.
                              Request to return Rs 4220
                              I was booked a service in an Urban Clap. Amount was paid through BHIM UPI and cut the amount of rs. 499 from my account. I was booked that services two times. My amount deduct two times of rs. 499. But that amount not received by Urban Clap and they told me that this money was deducted by the bank.

                                I undersigned atul b masrani requested activation of non operational a/c [protected] given on 7.8.19 and also requested for closure. However it’s been three months now that the bank is not concerned to activate the account. The bank staff is very careless and very arrogant in behaviour and not doing the requested work in time. Very rude behaviour from bhuleshwar branch bank employees. Repeatedly telling a senior citizen to come again and again every day showing unwanted discrepancies and harassing the customer. Unnecessary purposefully delaying the account closure request. All the necessary documents and signatures have already been submitted whenever asked for but the same has been misplaced by the bank employees and no one is concerned to help. Kindly help and resolve. Very urgent.

                                  We live just above central bank the assistant manager anajali tiwari needed to update our information regarding our accounts we gave all the documents and informations a month before but rather then doing her job she was bragging about he post and misbehaved with us pushing and shouting to us and disrespecting us so what action are u going to take against her? Do tell us and do something about it because she does this to almost many people there braging about her post of assistant manager and pushing customers what was our fault?

                                  Today, while I was doing the fee payment through net banking, an amount of Rs. 80, 000/- get debited from my account but the transaction failed due to time out. I need the refund of Rs. 80000/-.

                                  My refund is not return yet amount doesn't show in my balance...i made a online transaction on Amazon and after sometime I had cancel the item and payment done by my debit card... and still refund is not back.

                                    I ordered a bag worth rs.399 from amazon on 2 october which i received on 8 oct. I was not satisfied with the product so i applied for return and refund on 9 oct. And my refund was initiated on the same day. But till now (22 november) after more then a month i haven't received my refund. Amazon has confirmed that they have transferred the money to my bank account, which is not transferred to me by my bank.
