Hello Sir/Madam,
I, Dhritiman Baidya tried to make a transaction amounting Rs. 3620/- through the CentUPI app to my another account on 19/12/2019 at around 09:38am which wasnot successful but the amount was deducted from my account.
I tried to contact customer care, they told me to wait for 48hrs and the money will automatically be credited back.
I had lodged complaint against this transaction in nearest branch (complaint number: 2342172) which also wasn't resolved till date.
Now after 7 days of this failed transaction, the money is not reversed back to my account.
I had also e-mailed the details to official complaint address of the bank.
Both the Bank branch and the Customer care representatives are not giving satisfying answers.

Complaint marked as Resolved Reversed the amount now after 8th day of failed transaction.
Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
