On 30 May I made online transaction by gpay and received one message stating money deducted from central bank account but after that i got mail from receiver stating money was not received.i rechecked Gpay and i see no transaction under history.also i called and raised compliant but they say no transaction was made.

Since I have lost access to cbi app and gpay is the only UPI connected and i am sure i received...

I was charged a total of 110 rupees for updating details of my AADHAAR which should cost only 50 rupees. On further questioning for details of charges it was said to be service charge for the bank employees.
So I paid 60 rupees as service charge for service of rupees 50. Hilarious!...

I have to complain about Central Bank of India banking staffs. They all have stopped working at 2pm for Lunch time. But as per RBI there is no official lunch time . Please take action asap....
