Today I visited my home branch of Central Bank Of India. For withdrawal some amount. I fill the form and bank Watchman said to me to wait sometime.
I waited 2 hrs. But still I didn’t got my withdrawal amount, and also i saw that there is some Aged people came for some withdrawal, and when i talk to them, they said they are waiting since 2+ hrs.

My question is that, why bank Didn’t Bring all customers inside the bank???

Is this good or not for Customers?

How can we fix this problem?
And i am mentioning a video here

    Dear sir,
    I Rajeeb Mishra son of saving account holder late Bijaya Laxmi Mishra holding Saving Account No :- [protected] at Branch Nischintakoili, Dist: Cuttack ( IFSC CODE CBIN0284329 ) visited the branch on 23.06.22 and provided all the required document of the deceased and further requested to verify and transfer the amount to my personal account bearing no: [protected] of same branch before permanently closing the account. certainly, it was found that my account was inoperative hence on the same day i provided my KYC to activate the account for further transaction. I was assured by the branch manager that in 4 days verification at bank level will be cleared and as m the nominee mentioned in my mother's account i will be eligible to receive the amount. today i.e. 30.06.22, I again visited the branch to transfer the amount and to close the account but unfortunately the bank staff denied to do so as the account opening form of my mother was missing at their end, upon requesting the staff of the branch behaved very ruthlessly and ask to me go away. this is not the first time, same response was received on my first visit on 23.06.22. Is this the way to hold conversation with the customers particularly when the customer is asking for help and expecting quick service from the bank. The branch Manager didn't even neutralize the situation rather told me that it will take 3-4 days or even more as the bank opening form is missing. How irresponsible the bank staff were, they are not getting the form. Please do the needful and expect immediate action from your end as it is very urgent for me to withdraw the amount from the deceased account.

      I am a existing customers of this bank and till date I have never had a good experience with this bank. The working staff does not behave right with the customers and the work is almost never done. I had a query about some money deduction from my account regarding which I visited the bank but they are reluctant to solve it. I have been visiting this bank for the same query for 4 days now, sometimes they say link failure, sometimes lack of staff and sometimes after making you wait for hours they say come tomorrow we can't do it today, it is outrageous and completely unacceptable that a customer has to go through all this just to enquire about his own money.

        Server down and causing trouble

        All my UPI transactions are getting debited from my account, either not reaching the recipient or getting failed. The money goes but does not come back till almost a week.
        Ive been trying since yesterday to make payments, imagine depending on online payments and taking a cab home late at night, the bank server does not work. This has happened to me and I've had to borrow money because of Centra banks unreliable UPI servers...

        On the basis of fraudulent call i aggreaved deposit rs 30000/ fvg Rskesh kumar ac no [protected] with central bank of india calcutta branch by way of net banking J N[protected] throgh Muktssr Branch Central Bank of india After this remmitance realative were contacted with subject to medical emrrgecy Then i approached the home branch Muktsar centrsl bank of india BM Muktsar Branch put forward my request letter to Calcutta Branch to put the amt 30000/ on hold and Also informed the Calcutta Branch to pit the amt on hold which was materlised well in time Now the ac no [protected] is very much on hold In view of what is cited above plz be kind enough to effect the recovery of Rs30000/ by debiting fraudster ac [protected] and credit in aggerived ac [protected] BM Of Calcutta branch is not attending my Phone calls.               On 30 May I made online transaction by gpay and received one message stating money deducted from central bank account but after that i got mail from receiver stating money was not received.i rechecked Gpay and i see no transaction under history.also i called and raised compliant but they say no transaction was made.

              Since I have lost access to cbi app and gpay is the only UPI connected and i am sure i received money debit alert that i have on my phone I want to know about same if money is revert or not also why is it not reflecting in gpay app.but customer care number is not correct n getting disconnected.mails also not reverting and i looped around 4 mail IDs i m not able to reach out anyone.

              Pls help me i hhave a good amount of money in cbi along with ppf. If it i so unsafe i would like to close account then

                Failed Transactions regarding.

                im BIKKY KUMAR nd im trying to withdraw money from my aadhar card,
                by private csp bank. but amount was debited from my account nd money not given to by banker. so plz as soon as possible soleving this issues. my account no. is [protected] transaction date..24.05.22 nd im already complaints CBI customer care but im not satisfied he given status to me.

                  International banks so called manager said he transfer the money in account of central bank of India. When I did talk with central bank of India manager, he demanded to more and more money to release my Money. And central bank did not give any proof to me. So I did not understand what is the process to release money.

                    mere dwara open kiye account na to jaldi active kiye jate hai aur na hi passbook bana ke diya jata hai, lagbag 2 mahine laga dete hai account active karne me aur
                    5 mahine ho gye abhi tak ek bhi atm card nhi aaya hai sabhi account ha atm issue kar diye hai aur atm card arrive nhi hua hai
                    branch ke baar-2 chakkar lagate hai

                          I opened a bank account of central bank bank in feb.
                          And applied for ATM.
                          and its been 3 4 months that ATM didnt arrived yet.
                          I also visited to bank by taking the same issue.
                          But they are not answering and not taking any action.
                          I wanted to make transaction but I also have to go in bank only.
                          and I couldnt go to bank daily.
                          So Kindly take action about it, And provide me an Atm asap.

                            On 31st March, I closed My MMDC account number [protected] at the Wadala branch Mumbai. Maturity value of the MMDC was Rs 723.821/-. I have given instructions to renew MMDC for Rs. 300000/ for two years and pay the remaining amount with interest till date. Only Rs 423821/- credited in my account. Though as per RBI guidelines I must get saving interest for four days on Rs.423821 also. I sent mail to the branch on 31 st March; the first reminder on April 16 ; second reminder on the first May and third reminder on 11 May 2022; but no action was taken by the wadala branch till date.
                            Till date bank has not rectified its mistake. Though I also sent them the copy of RBI circular issued by RBI in this regard.

                            Please do the needful. Thank you.

                                  I was charged a total of 110 rupees for updating details of my AADHAAR which should cost only 50 rupees. On further questioning for details of charges it was said to be service charge for the bank employees.
                                  So I paid 60 rupees as service charge for service of rupees 50. Hilarious!

                                    I have to complain about Central Bank of India banking staffs. They all have stopped working at 2pm for Lunch time. But as per RBI there is no official lunch time . Please take action asap.
