Dear sir/mam,

My wife has an account at central bank and an atm debit card was issued by bank which suddenly stopped working.
We went to the central bank of india hardi branch and the manager and cashier both said that we have to pay rs236/- to them to get a new atm card immediately.
So i called to the provided helpline number to get more information and the representative said that bank deducts atm's charges itself so you don't have to pay anything to them.
I have recorded a video of those people saying it.

Please resolve the issue and the people skills of the manager is really questionable.

Please take action again those corrupt officials.

    I, rajnish kumar singh beg to state that, my mother is operating a s. B. A/c, bearing no. [protected] in the name of madhuri devi at your jugsalai branch, jamshedpur (Ifsc - cbin0281381).

    On[protected], she has deposited rs.40, 000/- in her above account; but by mistake she has tendered a total sum of rs.60, 000/- (Sixty thousand) with following denominations :-
    Denomination quantity amount
    2000/- 20 rs.40, 000/-
    500/- 40 rs.20, 000/-
    Total rs.60, 000/-

    Later, while asking for refund of excess amount, the concern officer of the counter denied and used slam language to my mother. He also is threatening her for police case.

    Under the circumstances, you are requested to kindly look in to matter and take necessary action at the earliest, so that, the excess paid amount of rs.20, 000/- can be refunded to us.in this matter, cctv footage of the above branch can be examined.

      I need provisional certificate to show in my Company for filling Proof Of Investment as I used to repay my education loan EMI.
      Please help me to provide the provisional certificate at the earliest.
      I have completed my edu loan repayment this year and I have shown bank account statement for same in the company to show POI, but they need provisional certificate from the bank of the education loan.

        On jan 7 2019 i made two swipe transactions of 2448rs and 347rs through my debit card of central bank of india and my money was debited and the person to whom i made transactions didnt not receive the money.. Another day i tried adding money of rs 1000 to paytm through my debit card but that time too the money was debited and paytm receive no money.. I want you to look forward to my complaint as it has been more than 7 day and i didnt not got my refund yet.. Two photos im attaching as a proof

            Hi, i am living abroad i have a saving account in the central bank of india i had got my mobile number registered last time i visited the local branch but my email id is not registered with my account and cent app. Could you please tell me the way to get it done. I was trying it on cent app but could not find the option, neither could i find it on cbi's official website. Please, help me.

            I withdraw rs 2000 from coorporation atm on 10 jan 2019 around 3-4 pm. All the process got completed but i didnt received the money because the atm stopped working at the mean time and my money got deducted from my account and it has been 24 hours completed my money is not being refunded. Yesterday i called to customer sevice and they said that money will b refunded with in 24 hours, if it will not be refuned then they told to register a complain in the near by central bank of india. So, please take the action as soon as possible.
            Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Today even I went to Karnataka bank ATM to draw money. The amount got debited and I got a message telling that the amount is debited but I didnot get the cash in the atm. The amount was of 5000rs and I am not able to contact customer care to help me in this regards.
            Please help me to solve this regards.

              I didn't receive my money but my money has been deducted from my current account.

                  I am very disappointed by the service of your bank. It's been more than a month i am not able to do transaction via all medium. My atm stopped working and new atm is not issued. I went bank branch asked them to issue me new atm but they responded we have pin of new atm but atm is not arrived from central branch question how can bank block atm before the replacement of new atm.

                      Sir yesterday amount of 15000 deduct from my savings account number [protected] and credit in my O/D limit account [protected] without my consent then i go to the branch manager ask about the matter she said it is temporary transfer and the amount is again transfer in my account after that i call in the bank 2 times but no satisfactory replies when my limit account is fine every first transaction of the month is deposit not over at any time, u can also check so why these type of problems i face and may be any cheque may be drawn by me who will be responsible sir please take neccesarry action thanks regard arun thareja

                            The transaction is cancelled. So i request you to credit our cancelled transaction as early as possible. Our transaction was cancelled due to the sudden power cut. We have already given the application to kolgaon central branch, but still the amount is not credited in our account.                                 From 1st december, 2018 the said debit card of central bank of india, kadamtala, jalpaiguri, branch (West bengal) has not been functioning
                                And i cannot withdraw my pension from my bank using the said atm card. Incidentally, the card has no chip in it. It is valid up to 09 / 2021. The card holder's name : animesh moitra & a/c no. : [protected] (Saving account)

                                  Sir me 14/11/2018 ko (2699) branch me payment jama karane gaya tha, to cashier harish bhatia ne mere saath misbehave kiya tha, jiski maine toll free no.[protected] pe complaint ki thi jiska no. Sr3390317 hai, aaj complaint ka status janne ke liye jab phone kiya to bataya gaya ki aapki complaint resolve kar di hai.net pe consumer satisfactory rating only 3% hai, seedha matlab hai ki jab staff misbehave karne ke baad sorry tak bhi consumer ko nahi bolega to aap staff ko misbehave karne ke liye badhawa de rahe ho, agar staff (Concern staff) consumer ko sorry bolega to kam se kam wo sharminda to hoga. Maine is baare 2699 branch me mail bhi ki thi, mail ka reply aaya ki unka aapko heart karne ka koi irada nahi tha, mai aapko bta nahi sakta ki unka behaviour kitna ghatiya tha, sir wo to sabke saath aise he karte hain, complaint to aapke pas kewal 1 ya 2 % log hi karte hain, baki to unka behaviour sahte rahte hain, kyonki unhe aage ki processing nahi pata. Aap soch ke dekho jab budhapa pension lene ki liye log aate hain or jo poori tarah pension pe depend hain, ek ek din pension ki intzaar karte hain, or pension a/c me aane ke baad harish bhatia jaise log unse bura vyavhar karte hain to un logo ko kitna dukh hota hoga, shayad aap iski kalpana bhi nahi kar sakte. So mai chahta hoon ki aap aise logo ke khilaf sakhat action le, taki koi doosra staff public ke saath misbehave karne ki himmat na kar sake. Or public me ek saaf message jaye. Me aapse sehyog ki ummeed karta hoon. Aap chahe to mujhse phone bhi kar sakte hain. Thanx.

                                    I made a transaction from google pay on 17/11/2018 at 08:37am of rs.8275 from my central bank of india bank acc no.[protected]. The upi transaction id for the same is[protected] and the google transaction id is cicagkdcw7faoa. The app is showing that the amount is credited to the beneficiary account but the beneficiary has not received any amount, the account no. For the beneficiary is [protected] (Andhra bank, vashi)....

                                    Aaj mai aapne najdki sakha dharampur mi new account khulbane ko gya. Parantu mujhe depti manager ne batya kee khata jaldi khulbana hi too 1000 (One thousand) dena hoga tab maine pucha khata khulbane mi too koye paisa nahi lagta hi. Too depti manager ne batya ke bina paisa ka khata khulbana hi too march se pehle koye new khata nahi khulega.
                                    Tab maine depti manager se kaha ke mai aapka complain branch manager ko karunga. Tab depti manager ne kaha ke tumko janha complain karna hi kro or aab tumahara khata es branch mi aab kabhi nahi khule ga.
                                    Oor jati suchak gandi gali dete hue mujhe dhaka markar branch se bahar nikal diya. Eshi beach mai branch manager se request kiya parantu branch manager ne koye action nahi liya.
                                    Mere sath kiya giya missbehabe (Abhadrata) ka sara record branch ke cctv camera mi record hi.
