Hi, i am living abroad i have a saving account in the central bank of india i had got my mobile number registered last time i visited the local branch but my email id is not registered with my account and cent app. Could you please tell me the way to get it done. I was trying it on cent app but could not find the option, neither could i find it on cbi's official website. Please, help me.

I withdraw rs 2000 from coorporation atm on 10 jan 2019 around 3-4 pm. I've used my atm card on atm45579570 at guwahati asin (Canara bank atm machine).
I didn't receive my money but my money has been deducted from my current account.
Please take a kind view regarding my above case.
I would be very thankful if my money is refunded and further action has been taken of my above mentioned problem.

I am very disappointed by the service of your bank. It's been more than a month i am not able to do transaction via all medium. My atm stopped working and new atm is not issued. The transaction is cancelled. So i request you to credit our cancelled transaction as early as possible. Our transaction was cancelled due to the sudden power cut. We have already given the application to kolgaon central branch, but still the amount is not credited in our account. Sir, on dt.[protected] around 5. Pm from central bank of india barra vishwa bank branch atm i used my atm card for withdrawal rs.500/-but i not recived money from that atm but amount was deducted from my account. Still iam not received my money. Still now my money was not credited to my account....

From 1st december, 2018 the said debit card of central bank of india, kadamtala, jalpaiguri, branch (West bengal) has not been functioning
And i cannot withdraw my pension from my bank using the said atm card. Incidentally, the card has no chip in it. It is valid up to 09 / 2021. The card holder's name : animesh moitra & a/c no. : [protected] (Saving account)...

I made a transaction from google pay on 17/11/2018 at 08:37am of rs.8275 from my central bank of india bank acc no.[protected]. The upi transaction id for the same is[protected] and the google transaction id is cicagkdcw7faoa. The app is showing that the amount is credited to the beneficiary account but the beneficiary has not received any amount, the account no. For the beneficiary is [protected] (Andhra bank, vashi)....

This is a heartfelt complaint against central bank of india, mumbai, khar west, near khar station branch.
It is one of the worst bank i have seen recently. Many years ago this bank was still customer friendly but now after one lady manager has been handling it, the bank has regular fights with its customers. Staff is always rude with customers. They also make people wait while they do their personal work. There is just one machine...

I was trying to recharge the mobile number [protected] (Airtel) through central bank mobile app and it was unsuccessful with error showing bad recharge.
But the amount (Rs.8.00 & rs.70.00) is debited from my account.

So i registered a complaint by central banks through email to [protected]@centralbank.co.in
And also mailed to the home branch on
