    Sir I order a blazer on 29 Jan 2022 and select the option of cash on delivery and that product get delivered on 4 Feb 2022 and I pay in cash but due to some problem I return that blazer and the amount initiated by Amazon on 19 Feb 2022 but my amount was not showing in my account.

      IN Internet banking website i forget my password but there i didnot get any otp or any other thing after entering the CIF Number and mobile number
      AFTER THAT WHEN I WAS ENTER THE DIAGLOG BOX GOES BLANK, , SO PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...I need urgently activate my internet banking...

        The central bank of India office at Hingna, Nagpur, 441110, Maharashtra, working is very poor and more then pathetic. For a simple pass book printing, customer has to wait in a que for more than a hour everyday. The employees working in the branch are also very rude in discussion and doesn't care for any customer suggestions. The phone number displayed in bank also out of order and not updated. Poor customer of this branch have to keep calm and suffer in the hands of employees.

        Requesting urgent and speedy help on top priority for the sake of precious customer.

          Dear Sir,

          I have a savings bank account in central bank of india nadiad branch. my account number is [protected]. now i have not operated my account since 2017 and hence it's status had became non operative. i'm currently residing in USA and due to my health, i can't travel to India. So my son had gone to the branch and submitted my original aadhar card and pan card to branch, but the branch denied to do kyc and told my son that I have to come in personal. but it is not possible for me to come to India. Recently I have checked that kyc through video call is possible and RBI had also given guidelines for that. But branch is still denying to do that.

          So I request you to please do the needful so that I can operate the account and some of my savings are going to mature in near future.

            विषय : मेरे अकाउंट मे जरूरी पेपर जमा करने के बाद भी व्यापार को बंद कराने के कगार तक पहुंचा देना।

            मेरा अकाउंट "श्याम साड़ी सेंटर" के नाम से "सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया-फुवारा, आगरा " ब्रांच मे हैं, कई महीनो मेरे अकाउंट मे तय से अधिक ब्याज (interest ) लगाया जा रहा हैं और उत्पीड़न करने के लिए व्यापार को बंद कराने के लिए पीनल इंटरेस्ट लगायी जा रही है और अकाउंट को NPA करने की धमकी दी जाती हैं बैंक कर्मचारी द्वारा तथा मेरे अकाउंट को रोज़ बंद कर दिया जाता हैं अथवा बार बार कहने पर भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती हैं, काम के लोड का बहाना बना कर टाल दिया जाता हैं। जिसकी वजह से मेरी साख गिरायी जा रही है एवं मुझे बहुत परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं।
            आपसे निवेदन है की मेरी कम्प्लेन को जल्द से जल सुनवाई मे लाया जाये और आगे कार्यवाही की जाये जिससे मे सामान्य रूप से बैंक के साथ काम कर सकूँ।

                I had ordered an item from Amazon and Return the order on 24/01/2022 and the refund had been processed on 28/01/2022 for the refund amount of Rs. 999/- but yet I am to receive the refund and it's been over more than 10 days and the amount has not been credited in my bank account (i.e., Central Bank of India) yet.

                  I've ordered a product on Amazon and returned the item and filed for a refund. And my refund was initiated by Amazon on 19th of january and the refund must be done up to 24th january but still I didn't get the refund. So i called up to the amazon's customer service and they provided transaction number RRN[protected]. Then I visited the bank but they are denying that they didn't get any refund from amazon

                      I have withdrawal 1000rs from central bank ATM hanuman nagar ATM ID SCDH335316 But I haven't received my 1000rs and also I haven't got the refund as ATM is not working or they are stealing our money.Kindly revert back my money

                      I tried to call customer care for the same but it is not getting connected i tried sevral times . ATM also have no security guard so that we can discuss over this at that moment please resolve the issue asap

                          I canceled my e-ticket of IRCTC through the app on 29th December 2021. According to IRCTC refund has been processed to the payment gateway on 30th December 2021. I used Razorpay as my payment gateway. Through Refund id, I checked and from their part refund was initiated on 30th December 2021. Reference Number[protected]

                          I went to my Home branch with an application requesting to investigate this refund and I was told that 'No such Transaction was found.'

                          Please kindly look into it and process a refund.

                            Sir, I'm loan account holder [protected] of central bank of india ahmedgarh Punjab branch. I have taken loan of Rs 300000 on 26 june 2013 from branch. The monthly emi of loan amount is 3840 for 10 years which I was submitting from last 9 years. But their is clerical mistake by bank because in my account principle is 180000 till now. The manager and staff of bank has accepted clerical mistake but from last year they are doing nothing and harassing me . Sir this is the service of the bank. Pls take action as soon as posdible

                              Respected sir, with due respect i want to tell u that i have my saving account in the central bank of india, chaura bazar, karnal ( haryana)
                              I have visited my bank several times but no response was given by staff or even by the bank manager i have applied for the cheque book regarding particular transaction but the form that i filled was lost by the bank staff and for the second time i again filled the cheque applicant form for chque approval but no chque book is given by the bank yet, i have visited bank manager several times but no response was given by the bank manager i felt that bank manager doesnt give any attention to its bank customers . Dear sir i request u to take severe action against the bank manager and kindly order them to give the cheque book of mine .

                                I am availing Housing Loan which has OD Top Facility from Central Bank of India (CBI), Yelahanka, Bangalore.

                                In the Transunion CIBIL, the entry of OD Top is of Housing Loan with Payment Over Due. This has spoilt by CIBIL Score. I disputed the entry on CIBIL website which is waiting for CBI Inputs.

                                I Have Raise Complaints Online from CBI Website and also wrote email on the advise of Branch Manager.

                                Till Date No Action has been.

                                  Sub: Severe threat given to me by the Branch Manager Abhishek Kumar ( Mobil #[protected] of Katriguppa Branch at Bengaluru Karnataka for closure of my both Education loan 15.3 L & Home Loan 55 L since 2014.

                                  I am a loanee as per above subject & as detailed below,
                                  Education Loan A/c No. [protected] since 2018; Sanketh Rajendra ( Son) & Rajendra S
                                  Home Loan a/c No. [protected] since 2014 Rajendra
                                  I have so far not been a defaulter & also NOT listed under NP. I am a salaried professional.
                                  My PAN # AEEPR9983D

                                  Post sanction of Education Loan & hardships faced due to the pandemic situation, my son Sanketh R continued higher studies in Germany amid the financial crisis and other personal loans inevitably.

                                  On my highly intensified & continuous follow ups requests for over 6 months with the said branch at Katriguppa, Bengaluru, Karnataka it was approved by your Head office for extending the commencement of EMI (moratorium). I immensely thank the Central Bank for the help extended to me.

                                  However the penal interest charged to my account was NOT reversed. Henceforth requested through my emails & personal follow ups with the branch for reversing the charges.

                                  Yesterday the said Branch Manager called me over the telephone & threatened me to close both my Home Loan & Education Loan accounts saying he is busy. He spoke in harsh words saying the Central Bank is not run on my loan repayment amount & never cares about my concerns. He advised me to file a legal suit against the Central Bank and complain to the RBI & Union Govt. if I could dare to do so. This happened on a few occasions & continued still.

                                  Sir, I humbly request your kind intervention & help with a suitable action in this concern.

                                  Else, should i forcibly close my loan accounts under the bosism of the Manager. The speculation depicts a perfect case of corruption. It appears that the Manager's intent might be to compel me to fill his pockets since the issue is blown up from his end. I am harassed for no reason.
