Sub: Severe threat given to me by the Branch Manager Abhishek Kumar ( Mobil #[protected] of Katriguppa Branch at Bengaluru Karnataka for closure of my both Education loan 15.3 L & Home Loan 55 L since 2014.

I am a loanee as per above subject & as detailed below,
Education Loan A/c No. [protected] since 2018; Sanketh Rajendra ( Son) & Rajendra S
Home Loan a/c No. [protected] since 2014 Rajendra
I have so far not been a defaulter & also NOT listed under NP. I am a salaried professional.
My PAN # AEEPR9983D

Post sanction of Education Loan & hardships faced due to the pandemic situation, my son Sanketh R continued higher studies in Germany amid the financial crisis and other personal loans inevitably.

On my highly intensified & continuous follow ups requests for over 6 months with the said branch at Katriguppa, Bengaluru, Karnataka it was approved by your Head office for extending the commencement of EMI (moratorium). I immensely thank the Central Bank for the help extended to me.

However the penal interest charged to my account was NOT reversed. Henceforth requested through my emails & personal follow ups with the branch for reversing the charges.

Yesterday the said Branch Manager called me over the telephone & threatened me to close both my Home Loan & Education Loan accounts saying he is busy. He spoke in harsh words saying the Central Bank is not run on my loan repayment amount & never cares about my concerns. He advised me to file a legal suit against the Central Bank and complain to the RBI & Union Govt. if I could dare to do so. This happened on a few occasions & continued still.

Sir, I humbly request your kind intervention & help with a suitable action in this concern.

Else, should i forcibly close my loan accounts under the bosism of the Manager. The speculation depicts a perfect case of corruption. It appears that the Manager's intent might be to compel me to fill his pockets since the issue is blown up from his end. I am harassed for no reason.

            Actually I cancelled my order in Amazon on 27th December and I also got refund reference number but the amount was not credited in my account. will you please solve the issue sir/mam.             Hey bhavani mam don't worry about it plz file a complaint against central bank of India, charge dispute Form and as well as one more file a complaint on National Consumer Helpline website. I think solve this issue may be.

                I ordered a product of Rs. 283 from amazon on 23-dec-2021 with order id :[protected]

                I cancelled the product and amazon has processed my refund of Rs. 283 and they told it should be credited by 29th dec 2021 and they provided me with refund reference number.

                As it is already 8th Jan 2022 but i didn't get my refund in my bank account. I contact bank official, they are not helping me, they said it is amazon's mistake, they did not refunded. Same is the case with amazon.

                Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                    According to amazon the amount have been credited to my account but I have not received it.
                    Bank is claiming that there is problem at amazon end. Neither the bank is able to trace through RRN (refund reference number) that has been provided by tha amazon.
                    On the other hand amazon is continuously telling me to contact bank because according to them RRN is generated only when the transaction is successful.
                    Neither the bank nor the Amazon is able to help me

                                Hi team,

                                This is Chinmaychiranjeeb Nayak, holding account number [protected] at CBI, Keonjhar branch (IFSC: CBIN02I3151) .

                                I made a transaction of Rs 1956.51 on 29th Dec on Amazon against IRCTC ticketing, the transaction failed but money deducted from my account however Amazon initiated the refund on the same day and given me a refund reference number i.e. 74332741364136382730757 but till now I have not received the refund in my account.

                                I'm attaching the Amazon dashboard screenshot below for your reference.

                                    Hello Jay Koladiya sir. Please raise a complaint in central bank of india website . I have raised a complaint in that site on 8th January. Today[protected] I got the refund amount in my account sir. Please try that option once. In that mail also include the screenshot of the mail Amazon Refund Reference Number.                                       I am trying to get my CIF number online for so many days now. I go to the official website of bank and submit my account number. It says that I'll receive an otp message on my registered mobile number after that. I didn't receive any message of the OTP. I tried several times. I do get other messages from the bank regularly, which explains that the number is correct. Just the OTP to generate the CIF isn't working for me.
