Sir,
I am. Facing many problem from 7 april 2016 . On 7 april i withdrawal to cdm machine of state bank of india situated at basharatpur, gorakhpur up .
When first time i swipe card to withdarwl 9000 thousand then the money not comes out & balance has deducted to my account . Just that time 9000 has credited in my acount. But when next time i try to withdarawl 2000 rs & the money comes out then availble balance in my account in my account 7050.90 rs .
But 3rd time when i try to withdrawl 7000 rs. To cdm machine 7000 rs would not be comes out .
Sir i humbly request to u that help me to find 7000 rs .

                Hi,

                My name is Vikas Jindal. I am working in hcl technologies ltd. and i am corporate employee. My mother named Mrs. Santosh Jindal is holding a/c in your bank with company name M/S RAM DHAN JINDAL and a/c number is [protected] in the branch Naya bazar for more then 3 months now and my mother has requested for internet banking for more then 2 months however whenever she asks for user id and password to be provided they always say this is current a/c and we have placed request in mumbai branch and it is delayed from their end . When i went with my father to request for same they responded gently and said when user id will come they will inform however that has been told 1month back and since then i havn't received any call regarding that and moreover after keep on chasing with them i reached nowhere. Bank also charges customer if respected balance is not maintained then why this delay in providing just little information . I have to leave my work and chase with your bank every now and then for this and if by registering complaint only work is done then i am sorry to say bank needs to improve to provide better services to its customer. I have never came across such delay by your bank in past as i believe central bank tries their best to provide best ever service to their customers then why in this case. You understand that my mother has to keep asking them and it is quite difficult for her to go in branch and ask information when she can manage from home i[censored]ser id is provided. Kindly look into this at earliest and help ! Please help ! My contact number is [protected].

                        My name is Vikas Jindal. I am working in hcl technologies and i am corporate employee. My father named Mr. Prem Raj Jindal is holding a/c in your bank with company name Hanuman traders and a/c number is [protected] for more then 4 months now and my father has requested for internet banking for more then 3 months however whenever he asks for user id and password to be provided they come up with answers of please come next week and we will give you. Every next week my father requested for same as promised by them they said renovation work is going on in bank and we have only 2 staff person working in new subzi mandi branch and we don't have time to look at internet banking details as that is kept somewhere due to renovation work and when this same problem kept on going for few weeks, i went with my father to request for same and they talked so rudely and told me to come after 10 days and then only they will give and in meanwhile i can complaint anyone and they don't bother and when my father went after 10 days to branch for banking details they told him to wait since 12.30pm until bank closes and then they said there is not sufficient balance in a/c and they will only give respective details when we provide funds in a/c however i like to raise my concern that if this is bank procedure then why in the first place bank opens a/c without minimum balance and if they do for customer then why don't they provide following information to their customers so that customer can check themselves online and maintain the minimum balance . Bank also charges customer if respected balance is not maintained then why this delay in providing just little information . My father is being harassed for more then 3 months by your concerned branch and i have never came across such behaviour by your bank in past as i believe central bank tries their best to provide best ever service to their customers then why in this case my father has to suffer just for having polite nature. Kindly look into this at earliest and help ! Please help !

                          I have two complains- 1. For the Branch at Regent park Kolkata-40.. Here I wanted to open an S/B a/c for my daughter, the women responsible for that initially did not show any interest, after some time she gave an opening form even though there was no person available she has refused to say anything to clear some doubt, I told her that I have to go for my office, so after signing I front of her, giving the documents to my daughter I left, but she didn't respond to my daughter to take the form and do the needful for opening the a/c, every time she approach she was told to wait and after one hour waiting my daughter had to leave the branch without opening the a/c then went to other bank and opened an a/c within 10 min.
                          No.2 Your Branch at St. Lawrence School, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata-19, Here the employees treat the customers as if the are doing fever to do their job, as school fees we have to give there only they react with us like a corporation office, they can open 10 min after the opening time but they will not attend any one even after 1 min. With this kind of dealing from your employees I afraid shearer Central Bank Culture is like this!!

                              I am akritya kumar anand.My education loan account is [protected] from central bank of india pandaul madhubani(Cbin0281398).
                              In my account subsidy not comming.I taken loan in jun 2010.My course duration was 4 years[protected].I allready paid principle amount(240000).
                              Branch manager said subsidy aur not comming in your account.Other problem in account is pannel interest start on aug 2012.But they will be start on aug 2014.
                              So please resolve my problem
                              1>why sybsidy not comming my account.(Till date)
                              2>why my pannel interest start aug 2012.In low pannel interest start on aug 2014.

                                Wrong minimum balance charges are being deducted from my saving account account no.[protected] since 30/06/2013.The amount of minimum charges so far deducted including service charges is required to be credited into my account with interest .. It must be ensured that the same is not deducted in future

                                  I have a my salary account for central bank of india in coimbatore avarampalayam branch. i want a mobile loan so i want a cheque book i ask the senior bank manager
                                  he is giving offer for you giving monthly pay mont for 2000 loan for 3years you take a one lake rupees saving. but i am not intrest that savings scheme because my salary take home 10000rs only. i say sorry sir iam not intrested for that saving scheme. he says so iam not giving the cheque book, if you take the monthly saving scheme i give a cheque book. i have a 4 years my salary transaction in this central bank of india i want a cheque book that manager was every time when visiting this bank scolding me insulting evry customer pls take action for that the senior manager. i want the cheque book

                                      श्री मान जी मैं राजकुमार निवासी घसौली जो है की मेरी माँ का एक पैर कटा हुआ है जिसकी वजह से वो चल नही सकती और न ही ज्यादा बैठसकती है।उनकी 3 महीने की पेंसन रुकी हुई है जिसके लिए जैसे तैसे करके मैं उनको आज दिनांक 11/01/2016 को बैंक लेकर गया लेकिन वहा हमारे साथ संतोष जनक व्यवहार नही हुआ और न ही पेंसन दी। और बैंक मैनेजर ने अपनी मर्जी से गाँव का ही एक राजकुमार नामक ग्रामीण को बैंक में रखा हुआ है जिसको बोलने तक की तमीज नही है और न ही अच्छा व्यवहार करता है। कृपया करके या तो मेरी माँ जैसे अपाहिजों को घर पर ही पेंसन देने का कोई रस्ता निकले या फिर बैंक वाले वहा जाते ही जल्दी से उनको पेंसन देकर फरीक कर दे।हमारी परेशानी का कुछ समाधान निकाले । आपकी अति कृपा होगी। धन्यवाद प्रार्थी राजकुमार Mob.[protected]
