We are writing this letter with a lot of pain because of one of your branch manager mr. Ramesh from bangalore, kattirguppa branch.

We are having a home loan account. We are account holder of 25 years

Small delay in payment of loan amount, your branch manager is coming to our home shouting using vulgar words and the worst body language giving us a lot of pain

He is saying he is least bothered of higher authority, complain abt me i am not bothered abt it.

He is blackmailing saying that he will put a public notice abt our home.

After the payment also he wont even check the account status, again come ask us have you clear the amount.

I will be staying alone i am a home maker.

Please do some abt this manager i am suffering alot.

I had send a hand written letter to your head office people no response.
I had send letters to mr. Rakesh mishra, shri rajeev rishi, and even to operation department

        Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday i.e on 24/12/15 at around 7pm, I had withdrawal Rs 10, 000/- from ATM of central bank of India in Nalagarh (H.P) near Nalagarh Truck Union. And one note of 500 was reddish in colour and slightly burnt from top. And no one is accepting this coloured note, this is a serious harassment to the customer. Are the bank people not checking notes before putting in ATM, its a big question and to be taken up the bank officials very seriously. Hope to have this addressed asap.

          Hi, My complain is against Central bank of India. I had done 2 IMPS transaction on 21st and it got failed and beneficiary has not yet received the money nor i have got it back. I complained about the same to their customer care through mail as none of their customer care toll free or landlines are not working. I had not received even single mail from their end till now. on 22nd I went to branch and submitted hard copy to reverse the transaction and credit the money in my account. They sent to concerned dept but still there is no action taken and my money is still stucked. i went to branch again on 23rd but they are saying it will come to your account by today or monday. It has already crossed24 hours and my money is still stucked. I sent mail to grivience cell all mail id i found on central bank's website. Still non of the officer took any step to resolve the issue. Being an government entity their services are poor. Customer care numbers are not working ans none are responding to mails i have sent. I want authority to take legal action them for being non resposive to customers and not having proper customer care. I am reachable on [protected]@gmail.com

            SIR I transect Rs. 27000 & Rs. 4000 0n 19/12/15 through online central bank OF INDIA but it was not credited to beneficiery account even on 23/12/15 RR NO.[protected] AND[protected].               Sir, I am Abinash Kumar Thakur, transacted four times a day with central bank of india Hutton Road Branch ATM at asansol, and we founf a fraud Rs. 500 one note from ATM after complaint against the note the bank doesn't accept the fault and also not bear against fraud note...                 I worked as a recovery agent for the central bank-ujjain branch. The manager assured me of 4% commission and I made a recovery of approx 1.50 crores. Now the bank is cheating me by asking various documents that I do not have, to settle my claim. I have got a letter of appreciation from the branch for excellent recovery & list/notices of accounts assigned for recovery.I could have never imagined that even a bank can be involved in such kind of fraudulent activities.

                    sir, i asking you one thing, why you changed the branch managers regularly with minimum duration of 1 year itself. as for customer mind, branch managers are playing very importante role with customers.. the srikakulam branch manager MANTRI RAMESH was changed recently.. whenever am knowing this news i was feeling surprised. because really i don"t know central bank of india is a nationalized branch and it is there in srikakulam. the branch manager was very care about customers and he was working so greate about me. am calling so many times to branch manager regarding to small quarries with account details, his respond is awesome. am deposite 5lak rupees because of only him and his response. now he was transfored. then am suffring with delals regarding to my account. in that reason am closed to my account number[protected].

                        Pension of dec 2015 not credited to account

                        After deposited of life certificate pensions of DEC 2015 is not credited to my account no[protected]. After repeatedly reminders and conversations with bank we are getting nothing till today.

                          Dear Sir/Mam, I have OD account with Central Bank of India, Chennai branch, Tamil Nadu. While checking my account balance I was shocked by Rs. 20000+2800 debited from my account dated 04/11/2015 towards annual renewal fee. Immediately I called branch manager and asked about the reasons and they reversed money around Rs. 12326 into my account. As per CBI banking website shows, the renewal fee would be maximum Rs. 5000 but band took my money Rs. 22800? I would like to get justification for this fraudulent activity done by bank.                               This is Sukhvir Singh before few days we go to Central Bank of India, Ludhiana Branch, for an Education loan. Executives there are very obsessive & have a rude Behaviour towards Poor People like us, who want to take Loans for Higher Education. When we asked about the loan policy they did not gave us proper reply & then we ask again to the Manager over there, he told to us in a very Rude Language & Behaviour " You people don't get any education loan until we will Buy some Insurance Policies- LIC policy and Bajaj Allianz policy." When again we asked about the Policies, he said that is mandatory for education loan if you not purchase both policy bank will not give you loan. We demanded the Policy as a Customer / Bearer we need proper answer / justification for which the Person over there was speaking ruthless & seems fulfilling his own personal Targets.We were neglected by the Employees over there. Need a proper response else please answer "If Poor People are not eligible in India to take Loans if want to pursue for Higher Education. Please answer to my Questions below: 1. Is LIC or BAJAJ policy mandatory for taking an Education Loan…..? 2. Is Customer has no right to ask Question about the policy of loan…..? 3.                                       M y connection is no. [protected]. This connection is in "Disconnected " status since last more than 45 days. This is due to ---as per company's say .."Non payment of Overdue Bills". Since inception my account is being charged for the services which I never Demanded, never Used i.e. Games and other services. In the initial period itself ( Free period of 3 Months - I am charged for Rs.350+ and again in next Month Rs.350+) It was surprising that, for these charges my conection was "disconnected" Since the amount is small and the idea Centre incharge told that, these charges will refunded soon but for reactivation you have to pay accordingly I paid. 1. I must get these charges with interest. Further I am being charged by Rs.90 Rs.45 Rs.21 Rs.15 alternatively fortnightly etc. but for what no information is available. It came in to knowledge only after "Disconnection" reason that, "Non payment of Overdue Bill amount. How come this is one sided where customer has no information and company is going on charging what ever charges they feel to Charge and recover? 2. So far I have paid all the bills as per plan ie.eRs.750 + Service Tax + some Service tax on unused services billed amount. But till date my conection is not working and the company charging " Monthly Rental and all these unwarranted charges. WHAT AN IDEA SIR JI ...Logonko lootane kaa bahoot hee badhiyaa IDEA Sir ji. I am going in Consumer for not only for unwarranted charges but also for not providing services as per plan and agreement. I know you people do not care of Consumer Forum... Bt I will not Stop here I will suie your Company in the Court ...
