I Jaideep Singh Sukhija, successfully allottee of DDA-2014 scheme transfered the requested amount of Rs 1254474 (through NEFT) with UTR-SBIN[protected] to Beneficiary A/C No- DDACEN90037961 at CBIN0282695 on 27/Apr/2015 at 5:17 PM. I paid this amount through SBI, Gurgaon and as per them amount was successfully credited to beneficiary a/c but as per DDA, Vikas Sadan they have not received the requested amount in their A/C and the same is not reflecting over the DDA site. I have taken follow ups many times with Cetral bank of India personal but no response till date. I have already visited the CBI, vikas sadan branch and as per them entry is credited to DDA online account but their is no such entry in ONLINe neft/rtgs report of date 27/04/2015. Detail of entry which is missing from report dated 27/04/2015 as under:- a) name of applicant:- jaideep singh sukhija b) Amount :- 1254474/ through rtgs from sbi bank c) challan no:[protected] d) utr no:- SBIN[protected] e) date of remittance:- 27/04/2015 Till date there is no resolution from Central bank of India for above issue and as per DDA I still have to pay the requested amount and last date for late payment is 19 May 2015 and after that I need to pay penalty.

    I am a senior customer of the Central Bank having various accounts in Pondicherry branch. I hold a centralcard for a long time and the last one [protected] which expired on 04/15 has been replaced by the new card [protected] and it was stated in the letter dated 10/04/15 that the pin for the new card will be sent to my residential address. Even though the transaction with the new card should have started on the 1st of May the pin has not been sent till 16th May thereby disabling me from using the renewed card. I have sent four mails to the credit card dept. but in vain I have talked over phone to the credit card dept. but no response. Hence a senior customer like me has to ask for the cancellation of the card which cannot be used and further since there is no care taken by the dept. I intend to withdraw all my funds from the Central Bank of India, perhaps this may not be of much importance to you but you are losing a very old customer which is not good reputation for the bank. Therefore I request that necessary action may be taken in this regard.

        I tried to do IMPS transfer of Rs. 5000 two times to my husband's account ( Citibank ) on[protected]. However a total of Rs. 10000 was taken from my account but not added to my husband's account. I have received a refund of Rs. 5000 however even after after three months now I have not received the other 5000. RR numbers[protected] and[protected].

            this is with regards to central bank of india dombivili west. i would like to inform you the service provided by the bank is pathetic. they seem least interested in customers and half of time their systems dont work. i had many incidence in which i had to wait for more then half hour just to print pass book. even after submitting 15g forms tax is been deducted for no reason. there were many incidents where in money transfers were also a issue. my mom faced a issue in which she wanted to make an fd with the money been transfereed from here own recurring account. but they had transfered the same to my fathers account and made a fd on my moms name. i didnt understand the logic of my mom's recurring deposit money being deposited to my fathers account. facing such many trival issues would be glad if some one looks into the matter seriously and does something. atleast if they provide some new systems would be worth i feel they are still workin on P4. coz most of the time there system is not up.

              I have try to contact in central bank Rupay Debit card helpline[protected] and its always replay that contact does not exist. Bank also unable to help me even They not try to help me at all so regarded this view please verify this and take step of action to give proper service.

                      Dear Sir, In reference of the above subject, I request you that I am having ac no. [protected] in your bank branch Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi since 1991. Concerned branch is deducting the amount of Rs. 112.36 as ATM charges 8 times more in a year than usual. The details of card and the amount deducted are as following:- 1- Debit card no. - [protected] Valid upto- April, 2020 The amount deduction is as per following:- 1- 23.03.2014- 9 x 112.36 = 1011.24 2- 23.03.2015- 9 x 112.36= 1011.24 Sir, I have already complaint about the matter to the concerned branch manager on 03.01.2015, but no action has been taken yet. Also, bank do not provide any information or do not intimate for the same. The information is generated and came to my knowledge only when i visit branch for passbook entry. Sir, I was not expecting this from such a reputed and always ready to help bank, but i am facing severe problem and nobody is concerned. Therefore, I am requesting you that kindly stop payment of the amount as soon as possible and refund the extra deducted amount in my account at the earliest. If the necessary action haven't took place in a week than, i am bounded to close my sb account from the concerned branch and take legal actions against Central Bank of India for which all the expenses would be beard by Bank only. I hope that you will look into the matter asap and hope for the favourable.

Machine has not dispensed the amount but same amount has been debited in my account. I told all incident to my branch manager.                                   SIR/MADAM i opened a account in central bank of india at 16-oct-2014 then i said i want a RUPAY card with embossed my NAME ...but bank said it take time whenever u take a ATM card after that RUPAY card come u returen it & take ur RUPAY card but ...now near about 6 month has gone my RUPAY CARD has not come ...i contact for the branch 4 this issued near about 35-36 time there recording captured in CCTV camera ...but they not given satisfactory answer ... yesterday the bank manager used misbehave with me 4 this issued ..& said what i do whatever u want u done it ... i think this behaviour not suit as a public servant whenever this is not my mistake i known only onething why i cant get my RUPAY CARD

                                    My father has joint saving account in central bank. A/C no [protected]. On 18 Aug 14 he has done ATM withdrawal for Rs.10000. But the amount is not withdrawal from ATM but it has been debited from the account. It was happen two times in same day. We have compliant on next day and from that day we keep on chasing but nothing has been done till yet. Even we have done online complaint but they close the complain with remark issue has been solved. Even we have in written all the complaint no and they also give in written that our withdrawal limit is Rs.25000. Then how can we withdrawal Rs.30000 in same day. We have also complain in main chandni chowk branch. Please assist

Dear Sir, I bring to your notice that In spite of writing 3 letters dated 5/2/2015, 12/2/2015 & 19/2/2015 and also personally contacted officer Mr. Shamik Mehta as well as Branch manager, I am Not getting my money in my account even id IOCL has transferred money to central bank . I have also submitted the photo copy of IOCL credit details to your bank officer. As per IOCL printout subsidy amount Rs. 568.00 send to bank on[protected]with ref # 2.20.19.[protected].status – success.
