Central Bank Of India — Charge Dispute Form - Refund not Initiated | |
Dear sir/mam One of my refund amount 22, 999 which send to my account on 20th August, 2021 from amzon.in has not been processed yet. Amazon.in has completed the transaction from their end and they have provided refund reference number (RRN): # 237802. The amount should have been reflected in my account within 5 business day i.e. by 27th August, 2021, but it hasn't been credited yet in my account. I even tried to file a complaint regarding this with my branch but didn't get a proper solution from bank mannger or any other employee. Please look into it as soon as possible because I need to pay my children's school and college fees also.. Dear sir i have including refund details with reference no. And complain report so please refund my money as soon as possible. Date 20h August 2021.
