Central Bank Of India — complaint on officers | |||
Respected sir / madam Here i want to give complaint on central bank of india (Ifsc code: cbin0282055), thiruppalaikudi branch, ramanathapuram district. People around this village are mostly uneducated, they really don’t know what to do with this problem. I am also one of the victim who holds account in this worst bank. Every visit to this bank is frustrating. This bank has so many problems, • poor customer relation - officers are behaving very rude to the normal customer.in contrary, they treat some people as special. Those people never stand in the queue. They use back door to get money from cashier. • lack of money - whenever we go and debit money, they are asking us to come after 2.30 pm. Even for fifty thousand ruppee. • long service period - they are taking at least 1 hours to process single check paper. What kind of bank this is! My account number is [protected] branch khalifabagh bhagalpur bihar my account is debited of rs 3000 and not credit in beneficiary account on dated 6.04.2018.Please solve the issues.Till money is not return in my account
