Central Bank Of India — Gold loan taken and cleared the dues but not updated in credit bureaus

Dear consumer complaints team, central bank of india and Credit bureau's ( CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF, EQUIFAX) Team,

I had taken gold loan, cleared all the dues and closed the loan 6 months before. But stil loan is showing in CIBIL and experian, Equifax and crif report, as not closed and still it is in active. I have attached the Closed gold loan statement for your reference .
