Central Bank Of India — I am complaining about nominee claim

This is to inform you that my grandmother had a pension account in your branch and i am nominee of her account.
My grandmother has passed away since 16 sept 2016. My father and me are visiting your brance again again but our problems still not resolve and your branch issue that our employee on leave due to sickness, our cmd is coming so your work not done today. Our system not working properly.
