Central Bank Of India — i'm complaining about a series of transactions which failed at atm's and swiping machines, but were deducted from my savings account.

Hi, i tried to draw 500, 500, 2000, 300 from an multiple atm's, 300, 300, 300, 300, 350 from swiping machines.
All the transactions were declined and failed but the amount got deducted from my savings account. The transactions done were at sbi atms, petrol pumps and an ice cream parlor.
Any leads and insights into solving this issue would be highly appreciated.
