Hello Team,

I am K Srinivas Rajaram availed a Housing Loan in your bank and my Loan account number is [protected]. Due to unsatisfactory services I have balance transferred the loan to SBI.

I have availed the above loan along with Topup and I see that the both loans are still in open state which is impacting my CIBIL. Atleast I request you to close my Loans and provide me the closure certificate on srinivasrajaram.[protected]@gmail.com.
