Central Bank Of India — Misbehavior of Bank Staff

This is related to misbehavior of Staff person Central Bank of India, Marine Lines Branch, Mumbai. Today I came in this mentioned Bank for Passbook update. It was told the printing machine is not working. So I wanted to check balance amount, a lady staff told me to do the same to another staff. The staff person sitting next to the table of printer, he was checking balance amt so i gave my passbook to him. He instead of telling me balance amt asked me whose account is it, so i told its my Mom's account, then he told why mobile no is not updated, i said yes earlier no is closed so its not there, he said aadhar, pan nothing is there in this account, (but it was already provided by us) then he told tell mobile no i will put on screen now itself, i gav him mobile no, then he asked me give aadhar pan detials, of which i showed him on my mobile. Then he started speaking insulting manner to me why ur mobile screen light is deem, on which i increased the light, (earlier also screen light was much bright) but still he said me, you don't have common sense I put specs so how will I see and you should put screen light bright, which you are doing after i said. I said don't talk in this manner, I have done it. Then he said i am doing your work only and you are not even our customer. I said its my Mother's account of which I am a nominee and my mom is 70 years age so I am only bringing her to branch when required then how can u say I am not your bank's customer. He continued to agrue and talking insulting to me. I asked him to give me KYC update form of which he refused and said don't come to me to ask take it from other counter. It was very disgraceful behavior of a bank staff towards we people who keep our hard earned money in your bank and we get such bad treatment..
