Central Bank Of India — Mishandling of important files missing nomination

This has been high seen when bank staff find customers high aging or find they are not well physically.

These gangs start working to mishandle most important old documents and try to acquire there hard earned money by misleading at multiple points manipulating central bank process.

For which 99% customers are un aware.

There game only starts after demise of the customer.

These are actually run by regional offices including nodal staff members in lucknow.

Either it's a saving or a pensioner accounts.

They are providing the worst services at par.

As it's a government bank it needs to be investigated by CVC with data and customer feedback along with real time experiences customer faced with such worst bank services.

My mother is a wife of military disabled person. She has been facing harassment since last four month after demise of his husband.

Her husband saving account has been compromised including pension did not enabled.

Mr Arun and Mr Sahu are the main master planners who dominates on the branch offices.

Branch offices and staffs does losing or mishandling of documents and manipulating data within custimer database and RO and nodal designs the process of harassment after demise of customer's.

They are running a big gang creating inconvenience to customers or charging them for their own money.

If they deny they will show them impossible ways to acquire their own family accounts.

Educated people are facing such pathetic experiences, what about lower classes also have been harrassed since a very long time.

We require high investigation.
