18 and 19 february 2017 i was trying to recharge my phone via debit card of cbi. The amount is 139 rs. Both this transaction are failed. I was continues report to bank but they will not give me a single response. So i was try to convince them for complaint no. But the same and and same response they will give. Worst staff i was seen in my life. Already 4 months are passed. One thing i let you know is that when i was in bank the my money deduction status shows post process it clearly means that my transaction is not completed.
