Central Bank Of India — money deducted from my account not credited in receiver account

Address:Thana Mahesh Khunt, Khagaria, Bihar

This is to inform you that i have transfered two amount (13000+2000=15000/-) to our one of the family member account on 17th of february 2020 thru phone pay application but till date the receiver not yet received the amount.

We have already logged the complaint to our branch but no action taken till date.
