Central Bank Of India — My complaints Regarding not any take effectival action

My ac no-[protected] .I have sumbitted application form for net banking in 15 november. but not any response give by bank. again i send msg of bank .he said touch bank mananger.but i live in out of state so i can not able to again again visit branch .i have many time call custermare care .but not any action on my complaints.
