Central Bank Of India — no proper service to customers

I am old customer of alibag branch but many times your staff did not giving proper service
On 11/4/18 i mr sandip p shaha having saving account no [protected]
Wanted
To refund my fix deposit but they told your account suspended dut inactive do you have to pay rs 100 i paid it
On 12/4/28 i go in bank w ith pan addhar xerox got kyc but clerkntail mr today we cannot do as branch manager is not available
Then on today 13/4/18 they break my fd but tell me that you can withdraw rs 50000 by withdrwalslips slip they also denied to give token to m e they tell you have to wait as per queue
My amount of fd is more tahn one lakh do we have to west to more days for withdrwalslips my money
What kind of service given by your employer.
