I want to inform you that on dtd. 07/01/2020, i withdraw from my saving a/c - [protected], rs. 10000/- abd again rs. 10000/-recpectively but cash was not
Received from your gird br. Atm, gwalior m. P. Screen was desplayed " transanction cancelled.. A/c was debeted rs 10000/- and rs. 10000/- in saving a/c no. [protected] but amount was not received from atm.

I therefor request you to rectify this transanctions and to arange credit {reverse} rs. 20000/- in my account.
