Mrs. Hilda jeyaraj a family pensioner expired on 18.1.2017. She was wife of shri. D. Jeyaraj who had died before her death. Their only unmarried daughter Jebarani is dependent and legal heir. The central pension accounts office new delhi under ministry of finance had issued order for revision of pension to late mrs. Hilda jeyaraj w. E. F. 1.1.2016 to 18.1.2018 and confirmed eligibility also and sent the ssa to pension processing centre central bank of india in han 2018. Her ppo no. Is[protected]. She was drawing pension through sb account no.[protected] at ellis nagar branch madurai tamil nadu. I have made several requests by e-mails to cppc central bank of india for the past seven months. The bank is not caring and not responding and not replying. I had sent e-mail to ministry of finance. Her sb account is kept alive by the dependent. I, priya ranjan lenka, a/c no [protected] with mahotab road, central bank of India. I' ve already given my regd. mobile no [protected] . Only atm transaction details are updated. But any other transaction details are not updated with my mobile no. So pls attain my complaint & solve my problem.
