Sir, I have cancelled two railway ticket on 18/02/2020 which was booked on 18/02/2020 through my debit card no [protected], rs 7309.74 and 4466.38 was debited from my savings account no [protected]. The pnr no of the ticket is [protected] and [protected]. After cancellation i have received mail from irctc on 18/02/2020 as below 1. Your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of rs. 6860 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly 2. Your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of rs. 4030 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly. Now after inquiry from irctc, they informed that they have initiated the refund amount to bank on 21/02/2020 but till date the refund amount not credited in my sb account no [protected].
