I Sarjita Das transferred Rs 20000/-on 04 jun 2022 through Phone Pay UPI. The said amount has not been credited to beneficiary account nor it has been refunded to my account.

Rehatding this, I have submitted complaint at customer care. Branch of central bank of india help desk.
I have been replied as beneficiary account is credited.
But the beneficiary is also the account holder of central bank of india, whose Account No is
[protected].
I have sent mail to upi support, smtbk2, br code 03418, br Code.03437
But still I have not been refunded. The beneficiary account has not been credied.
It has been more than 30 days, i am continuosly requesting the bank to solve the issue. Hope for a best sution from tour end
