Central Bank Of India — not receiving lic premium receipt

Sir, I ( orchestra das ) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated 18/11/2017 Rs 8356/- through licindia. com but I do not received any receipt till date and time. Rs 8356/- debited from my account. my debit card number is 4622****00000777 .

so therefore, I requested you either pay the premium or returned the amount.
