Central Bank Of India — not refunding my money after deducting from my account

Address:Ludhiana, Punjab, 141008

On 23/05/2018 when i was booking a bus ticket through punbus site of amount rs.739. The money was deducted from my account and transaction was unsuccessful.
The money was deducted and is not refunded yet.
I raised a complaint through the bank several times since one week. They said they have registered a complaint and asked me to wait till my money is being refunded by the central office but nothing happened and my questions are remained unanswered. And the customer care numbers of central bank are unresponsive. Kindly help me with this.

Did not get my money refund in my Bank account up to date please credit my amount in my bank account .Thanks .
