Hi,
I am having issues with logging into the website for Personal Net Banking. My password had expired, and I wanted to create a new one. Because of this, I tried many times to generate a new password via the Online Password Option situated on the right-hand side of the screen.
After verifying with the call centre executives, I am following the below steps to generate a password-
1) After clicking the Online Password Option, I am entering the 10 digit CIF number, after which I am clicking the option of entering my last 6 digits of Debit Card along with my DOB
2) The screen that follows, I am entering my mobile number and generating the OTP which will serve as the password for one time. Upon entering the OTP along with my User Id and Captcha, error messages keep popping up.
I also tried with the KYC option giving my IDs for PAN/Aadhar Card, but it shows the following error screen. Please advice
Please help me out here as I desperately want to get entry into the Net Banking portal as I have some work there. I have attached images for your reference
