[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Payment failure while doing transactions for iit kharagpur from my debit card

While making payment of rupees 30000 for iit kharagpur from central bank debit card payment is not succesful but amount is debited from account. It already been more than 8 working days but money is not refunded yet.
