I am, mrs. Shyni, debit card no: [protected], used for purchase cloths from sri chowdeswaramman on 10/06/2017. Due to transaction failed i swiped two times in the following no machine: mid[protected]-t. D. No: 46452504. The amount rs.6900/ (Six thousand nine hundred) was debitted 2 times from my account out of this only one payment was trasfered to the merchant.
Hence, i request you to credit back my amount of rs.6900/-as early as possible. I have filled a complaint in the central bank of india-hosur town branch also.
