Central Bank Of India — phone pe has refunded the amount in my bank, but the bank has not credited it in my account

Its been 9 days but still central bank has not credited the amount in my account, i have requested a refund of rs 9995 from phone pe, on 25th march 2020, but they are saying they have refunded the amount but bank is not showing that in my account. I have registered many complaint regarding this to phone pe then they are saying go to bank and register a complaint.
I called central bank of india customer care centre, they also didn't received my complaint saying that this type of complaint are to be registered on bank branches.
Phone pe has given a arn number, with regard to this issue.
