Central Bank Of India — Poor service by branch, and enquiry about my transaction | |||||
Sir i m from balotra in rajasthan i have cuurent ac in ur branch, on 4 /03/2017 some of my cheque are put in hold by bank which r given by me to my parties, when i asked abt this in my branch they said u contact in mumbai branches bcoz cheques r clearing in mumbai, total 7 cheques r put in hold they r nt debited nor credited, i tried more than 50 times on ur toll free no[protected] bt no response from ur bank . One more Balotra branch service is vry poor they didnt attend call They have always reason that phone is dead They didnt put cheque deposit slip or all pins in atm I m vry disappoint with central bank of india I want to close my account My contact no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
