Filed a online compliant with compliant no : c/13032018/63387
Regarding failed twice pos transaction for a rupees of 529 on 26/02/2018. And still now i have not received the refund regarding the same and i also filed a written compliant on my branch dated 14/02/2018, but still now i have not received proper explanation from branch side for still now not crediting my refund.
