Hi, i am kishan bhujel one of the loyal customer of central bank of india "bagrakote t. E. Branch". I have marked an email to respective branch manager regarding the netbanking services since i couldn't visit the branch office.
Surprisingly, came to know that the manager denied to courier the netbanking credentials thru courier. If i could have visit the branch then why would i have marked an email. I am a working person and at present at hyderabad. When spoken over the phone manager said that is not possible & when i asked to revert the same in email, he denied.
Request you to check & do the needful at the earliest as i need the details for regular transactions.
