My card is platinum visa meaning i can do online transactions freely, at a limited amount of course. Anywhere except on microsoft. I cant pay anything from microsoft store because it says pur processor declined. I hate it. Upon contacting the respective officials of the bank, apparently, everything seems to be fine. So what is happening?
