Central Bank Of India — re : transaction failed but balance has been debited from customer's account. | |||
Sir, I have done a transaction of cash withdrawal through aadhaar no[protected] on dated[protected], from the account of central bank of india. Whose account statement shows that the amount has been debited on the same day but the status is showing fail of that transaction on spice money portal. Also, the cash of customer is not being refund in his account. The transaction rrn number which is showing fail on spice money portal is[protected] So please short out my problem as soon as possible.
