Dear sir one of my refund amount 539.0 ruppes. Which send to my account on 9th march 2020 from ama, on.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference number (Arn no) 74332740069006722385499 and i have waiting almost 21 day but the amount did n't reflect my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i did not get proper solution from bank manager or bank staff. I have complained against it but still it's s not money reflect in my account.
